What is Liven and why do you need it?

Guys, I saw an app called Liven in the store. Does anyone know what it is? It's beautifully designed, but I still don't understand what it's for. I'm not a fan of productivity apps, because they often only add stress. And this one seems to have some other philosophy? Write if anyone has used it.
