Anyone actually profiting consistently in the nutra vertical?

Okay, so I’ve been running health product traffic on and off for over a year, mostly through aggregator platforms. Conversion rates are all over the place, and I never feel like I’m getting the full value of the traffic I send. Is there actually a reliable nutra-focused affiliate setup that cuts out the middleman and doesn’t waste your time with bad offers?
