Flappy Bird: The Little Game That Made Us All Lose Our Cool

There was a time when the biggest threat to your self-control wasn’t a hard boss in an RPG or an impossible puzzle in a strategy game—it was a clumsy, pixelated bird trying to fly through a set of green pipes. Flappy Bird didn’t have a story, cinematic cutscenes, or flashy power-ups. What it had was far more dangerous: a deceptively simple challenge that got under your skin and refused to let go.
